Donna started her career as an agent for the Internal Revenue Service abroad, then transitioned into the private sector working for established CPA offices as Ogden Page Accountancy (Hollywood, CA), Kelly and Small CPAs (Glendale, CA), where she was trusted to handle all sensitive client assignments. Her unstoppable thirst for knowledge and driver for perfection were rewarded when she was quickly promoted to Tax Manager and offered partnership.
Donna established her company and opened her current office as Donna Uzunow CPA PC in 2013. Her client base is driven mostly by referrals because of the high quality service she provides. Donna enjoys working with people and is the most dedicated CPA you can find.

Donna loves getting people and businesses on the path to financial stability and prosperity. She is an avid advocate of the principles of FIRE Community (Financial Independence Retire Early movement). Donna holds a Master's degree in Finance, and a Certified Public Accountant designation from the California Board of Accountancy.

Ognyan Uzunov, MBA
Office Manager
Ognyan (Ogi) is a graduate of UCLA (University of California Los Angeles), Anderson School of Management, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Master's Degree in International Business. He is a well known consultant in Los Angeles specializing in business process optimization, finance and accounting operations restructuring, business planning, and financial forecasting.
In his over 20 years of business experience Ognyan has delivered over 150 business plans for startups and existing companies and assisted local and foreign investors in evaluating business opportunities.
